Purpose of the app

Payday Calendar is a personal scheduling and planning utility that helps users organize expected payday dates. It is not a bank, payroll provider, payment service, financial adviser, accountant, or tax adviser.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter and for confirming actual payment dates with your employer, payroll provider, bank, or other relevant source. Weekend and U.S. bank-holiday adjustments are planning aids and may not match every employer or financial institution.

No warranties

Payday Calendar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every calculated payday will match an employer's actual processing date, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Payday Calendar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost income, missed payments, fees, penalties, or other losses resulting from reliance on dates displayed by the app. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to purchase Payday Calendar, if any.

Acceptable use

You may use Payday Calendar for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms.

Apple App Store

If you obtained Payday Calendar through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Payday Calendar except as required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above indicates when they were last revised.
